1) Are there any current openings?
We currently have 3 openings for all ages available.
2) What are the hours of operation?
We are open Monday-Friday 6:30 am-6:00 pm. Earlier or later hours are available for an additional fee.
3) Is Children's Heaven Childcare licensed? Yes, we are licensed and monitored by New York State Office of Children and family services, We are also inspected regularly.
4) How may children do you care for? We are licensed for a total of 14 children. However we maintain a very small group, this enables us to give the children individual attention.
5) What ages do you accept?
We accept children ages newborn to Age 12
6) What is the illness policy? We are at no time a sick-child care facility. Children with symptoms of fever, diarrhea, unexplained rashes, vomiting will not be accepted into care and can only return after 24 hours of being symptom free. more information on this can be found in the parent handbook.
7) What are your fees? Our fees are very affordable and are calculated by each child's individual needs. e.x. Potty training, special needs. and the hours and days of care enrolled. Please Contact Me for more information.
8) Are you a USDA food program participant? Yes, we participate in the CACFP. All meals and snacks are included in your weekly fee.
9) Is your Childcare insured? Yes, we carry Commercial liability insurance.
10) Are you first aid and CPR Trained
We are all trained to administer First Aid and CPR.
11) What will my child do each day? see daily activities
12) Do you transport children while they are in your care? Yes, we ocassionally go on trips to the park, and outdoor activities. However permission forms must be signed by each parent authorizing this.
13) Can I drop in for a visit?
Parents of children that are already enrolled are always welcome to stop by at anytime during regular daycare hours. parents looking to enroll or visit us will have to make an appointment. For the safety of the children, at no time will no one without an appointment be allowed into the daycare.
14)What if I am late picking up my child sometimes? and what are your late fees?
We charge a late fee of $15, The fee begins immediately after 6pm and is for each period of 15 minutes thereafter. Late fees are charged to deter constant lateness. Please be considerate to myself, my assistant or any staff that is here if you are going to be late when picking up your child, and call and let us know.
15) Do I still have to pay if my child is sick and does not attend daycare?
YES, payment is still required if children are sick or absent for any reason.
16) When do you expect your payment? and do you charge a late fee for payments not received on time?
Not everyone has the same pay schedule or financial situation, so we are very flexible and will adjust your fee due date to your pay schedule, as long as there is a written agreement on file. If there is no agreement and payment is not received on time, a late fee will apply.
17) Do you accept Government Subsidies? Absolutely! We are a Department of Social Services contracted provider, and therefore we accept DSS, SWEP etc.

20) What types of payment do you accept?
We no longer accept personal checks. Cash or money orders are the preferred methods for payment of childcare fees, we also accept credit or debit cards, payable through PayPal.
21) What Holidays are you closed? We are closed on the following holidays:
